From start to finish an excellent experience. From the young man (sorry I don't recall his name) who knocked on our door to secure an appointment for the sales team to attend and provide a quotation (Rob) to the installation team (Dan & Gary), I cannot fault the experience. Everything was explained and there was at no point any pressure to commit....although we did as we needed to! The Installation Team were polite, friendly and worked efficiently throughout the days they were on site to get the job done with minimum impact on us or our home. Thank you all so much, I hope all our neighbours see the quality of the product and the finish and can bring you some more business locally!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Mark the sales manager was very knowledgable and not once pushy, which is rare for a salesman! We were kept informed throughout. Through no fault of their own they were a little late on the first day but Kev and Callan have worked tirelessly for three days to get our windows and doors fitted. The job was more difficult than anyone knew but the lads put every effort into getting it finished to a superb standard. They were courteous and a laugh to have around, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way! I’d recommend Emerald to anyone.

Kev and Callum did a grand job today fitting some Windows and Doors. Cleaned up afterwards and we are very happy. Will definately be getting the rest done with them in the future. Results speak for themselves.
